Bob's Sweet Potatoes
Bob's Sweet Potatoes
Boil yams until done like potatoes but firmer.
1 cube margarine
crumble brown sugar to jam consistency.
slice yams.
cover with marshmallows and brown sugar.
Flip occasionally.
Simmer low 2 hours.
